RHAM High School offers one of the largest and most comprehensive high school video production curriculums in the state of Connecticut.  Students in grades 9-12 can choose from 1 introductory video course and 2 advanced classes to hone their skills in the arts of video, film production, and broadcast journalism.  Students in all grades can also participate in the Video Production Club where they can broaden their experiences by participating in live cable TV broadcasts and film festivals.
RHAM facilities include an editing room, cable TV studio, master control room, internet radio booth, and auditorium control room.  Equipment includes 18 small camcorders, 3 prosumer camcorders, 3 ENG cameras, multiple tripods and other stabilizers, a portable lighting kit, and various microphones.  Students are able to cablecast their work on Comcast channel 19, the local public access education channel.
RHAM students frequently win awards in various film festivals and many alumni have gone on to major in Communications, Broadcast Journalism, or Film at various colleges and universities.
